This site included 43 House/Apartment project for our clients Jessup Brothers. We gained the contract of 33 houses on Hall Park Street, which was previously Ettinghall primary school and the further 10 on Sweetbriars Road, Bilston.
Due to the differing levels between plots, retaining walls were needed in the garden of plots. As part of the project the groundworks package included Foundations, adoptable roads and drainage. Including plots drainage and external works.
