In November 2017, we completed the project for our client A&H which consisted of 115,000 sq ft unit with a 12-meter underground service tunnel that linked to a 5000 sq ft unit. We constructed and waterproofed the 12-meter tunnel, the project also consisted of a 11,000 meter 2 concrete yard with a brush finish.
Due to the difference in levels between the site and road, we constructed a 110 x 1.7-meter gabion retaining wall. The drainage package on this site included a storm 2000m3 attenuation tank and the supply and install of 5 Class 1 Petrol interceptors.
