We recently completed phase 1 & 2 on Vaughan’s Trading Estate. This contract was on behalf of A&H Construction.

This project consisted of the foundations, drainage, and external works for 4 commercial units’ buildings (18,500 m2) in phase 1 and 1 unit in phase 2.

For Phase 1, an earthworks operation of 11,000m3 was undertaken on site. With the external work consisting of 2600m2 reinforced concrete yard with a brush finish.

After the successful completion of phase 1 at Vaughan’s Trading Estate, we were awarded phase 2. This project was a 6000-meter2 unit and an 18,000m2 external service yard for DPD. An Earthworks operation of 7000m3 was undertaken on site.

A retaining wall was needed due to difference in levels of neighbouring properties, Drumlisch worked closely with A&H to construct a 220 x 3-meter reinforced concrete retaining wall.
